This is just one of many-and at least this protein pancake looks like an actual pancake and not some oatmeal scramble.So-Mix all dry ingedients together first then add in the milk, egg whites, and oil (the oil is optional-I don't use this). Then cook like a regular pancake-word to the wise-cook on low fire and after the first flip take a fork and poke some holes on the top-otherwise-you may have an undercooked pancake in the center.Normally-I top mine with fresh blueberries-but my daughter ate them all last night (I shall punish her later-HAHA)Oh and I also top with sugar free syrup.ENJOY your- looks like a real pancake but isn't a real pancake
